What is your standard shipping & handling time?
Your order will typically ship 3 business days after the date of your order, for example if you place an order on Monday, your order would ship no later than Thursday. Some of our items may take less time, especially if they are in stock and ready to ship. If you ordered multiple items, they will ship at the same time as we like to group products into as few packages as possible. It is reasonable to expect your item to arrive 6-9 days after your order was placed.
How much is Shipping and Handling?
Shipping on orders $50 and over is FREE! Shipping for orders under $50 are calculated by the type of shipping you chose during checkout.
I have a Birthday Party or special event that is coming up sooner than your turnaround time. Is there any way I can rush my order?
We need to know what your needed date is and the particular outfit and size you want to have any idea of whether your order would arrive by your needed date. If you have a "need-by" date that is reasonably close to our existing 3 business day turnaround time, please CONTACT US prior to placing your order. Depending on the volume of orders, materials on hand and the date the outfit is needed will determine if we can accommodate your request. Simply placing your "need-by" date in the comments on your order does not guarantee arrival by that date unless you had previously received approval from us.
Do you ship international? If so, what is the cost?
Yes we do ship internationally, the cost is a flat rate of $14.95 regardless of order size. International orders typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive once shipped out. It is a good rule of thumb to allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive if you are ordering internationally. Canada is generally much faster.
Do you provide tracking and insurance?
An email with your USPS tracking number will be provided for all domestic shipments. We do not insure our shipments due to cost. If a package is lost, stolen or destroyed we will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
