How long does shipping take?
We ship next day from our warehouse in Mesa, AZ (Mon–Fri). Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days from the date shipped. Expedited options available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $30.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check order status in your account at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly — email us at info@olivelovesapple.com as soon as possible. Once shipped we're unable to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. See our Return Policy for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@olivelovesapple.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.

How do your shirts fit?
Most adult tees are unisex with a relaxed fit. Size down for a more fitted look. Check individual product pages for sizing details.
What printing method do you use?
We use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing for vibrant, durable designs that hold up wash after wash. Printed fresh on demand from Mesa, AZ.
Do you sell on Amazon?
Yes! Many designs are on Amazon under Olive Loves Apple. Our Shopify store has the full catalog and best experience. It's far better for us as a business to have you purchase on our website than on Amazon.
