Refund & Exchange Policy

We stand behind everything we make. If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@olivelovesapple.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — packages sent without authorization cannot be processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We've got you. Email us at info@olivelovesapple.com with your order number and what you'd like to swap to. Once we confirm the exchange, we'll send you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement as soon as the original item is on its way back to us.

If the item you want in exchange is a different price, we'll either refund the difference or send a payment link for the balance.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@olivelovesapple.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on your end.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom products (items with names, custom dates, or made-to-order designs outside our standard catalog)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask before you order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take additional time for the refund to post to your account.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen the refund, email us at info@olivelovesapple.com and we'll track it down.
